TSG Law Office Tomić Sinđelić Groza, in cooperation with the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Serbien), Swiss-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (SSCC), Italian-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (CCIS) and Slovenian Business Club (SPK), held a workshop on Mediation in Commercial Disputes in Serbia, aiming to present to the audience the mediation as a method of dispute resolution where parties exercise complete control over the outcome of the dispute.
Ljubica Tomić, Managing Partner in the TSG and Mediator, addressed the possibilities and advantages of mediation in Serbia over court proceedings, and Ivana Stefanović, Attorney-at-Law and Mediator shared her experiences relevant this topic. Other lecturers at the workshop included Blažo Nedić, Attorney-at-Law, Mediator of the World Bank and JAMS International, President of the Serbian National Association of Mediators and Dr. Helena Devetak, Attorney-at-Law and Mediator, AK Devetak & Partners from Slovenia.
