The Swiss-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (SSCC) and SSCC member, „BDK Law Office“, co-hosted a seminar on Cross-border Movement of Workforce. The aim of the seminar was to present to SSCC members the legal and practical aspects of worker migration and cross-border secondments. Mrs. Irena Kalmić, an employment law specialist from BDK Advokati, spoke about the administrative challenges of obtaining residence and work permits, and commented on the novelties in the legislation regulating the secondments of employees abroad. SSCC members had the opportunity to share their experiences related to immigration and secondments.
