On August 1st, the Serbian Government adopted the Draft Law on Agency Employment. This draft will be submitted to the parliamentary procedure in September 2019. Regarding the plans, beginning of implementation of the Law is foreseen for March 1st 2020, and other necessary implementation will be adopted by end of the year.
