The groundbreaking ceremony for the Kings Fountain Dedinje residential complex took place on February 20. This is the third-largest Swiss investment in Serbia and the largest Swiss real estate investment in the country.
The event was attended by the Swiss Ambassador to Serbia, H.E.. Anne Lugon-Moulin, investor and CEO of Jan Group, Mr. Jan Schoch, the Kings Fountain Project Team, led by Mr. Vladislav Lalić and the Swiss-Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
This marks the beginning of the construction of a Swiss high-quality residential complex spanning 25,500m². Kings Fountain Dedinje will feature world-class amenities, including the renowned Goco Spa & Wellness, as well as an innovative serviced apartment concept with guaranteed returns for investors.
