The Board of Directors of Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE) has elected Anja Fiedler as the new CEO. Anja Fiedler has been a member of the Executive Board and Head of Export Promotion at S-GE since 2023. She will succeed Simone Wyss Fedele in summer 2026.
As a member of the Executive Board and deputy CEO, Anja Fiedler has been responsible for export promotion at S-GE since 2023. Prior to that, she served as Managing Director at Haco AG, an international medium-sized Swiss food producer. Prior to this, Anja Fiedler held various management positions in Switzerland, Europe, the USA, Africa and Asia – including at Unilever, Philip Morris International, Lonza AG and F. Hoffmann-La Roche. In addition, she worked for several years as a consultant in an executive capacity for international business and organizational development, including for Ayus and Denison Consulting. In this role she advised companies strategically on internationalization issues and business development.

Change of CEO scheduled for summer 2026
Anja Fiedler will take over as CEO from Simone Wyss Fedele in summer 2026. As announced in December 2024, Simone Wyss Fedele will be nominated by the Board of Directors as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting in April 2027. She will succeed Ruth Metzler-Arnold, who will step down after 16 years as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of S-GE.
