An inspiring and highly productive two-day visit to Serbia by the President of the Swiss Confederation, Guy Parmelin,on 28th and 29th April, 2026 accompanied by a distinguished Swiss business delegation.
The program reflected the strength and depth of Swiss–Serbian relations, combining diplomacy, business, innovation, and long-term partnership. Highlights included the visit to the Nestlé factory, showcasing Switzerland’s lasting industrial presence and investment in Serbia, as well as the excellent event at Ložionica marking the launch of the Swiss Cooperation Programme 2026–2029.
This morning’s working breakfast brought together the Swiss delegation, Swiss-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, and leading Swiss business representatives active in Serbia. It was a valuable opportunity to exchange views on investment, competitiveness, innovation, and future opportunities between our two countries.
With more than 600 Swiss companies operating in Serbia, this visit sent a clear message: Switzerland sees Serbia as a serious, trusted, and long-term partner.
Proud to have taken part in these important moments and to continue building bridges between our business communities.
