New Board members elected!
We hereby wish to inform you about the recent changes in SSCC Management Board and officially welcome Mr. Rolf-Juergen Seyerle, Managing Director of “Star Import d.o.o.”, and Mr. Edin Dacic, General Manager of “Daccomet AG” and President of the Assembly of “Standard Furniture Serbia”, as new Board members.
Two new Board members were elected on the occasion of SSCC General Assembly, which was held on Friday, February 26, 2016 in the hotel “Holiday Inn Express City-Belgrade”.
Mr. Rolf-Juergen Seyerle joined Daimler AG in 1990, working in different management positions all over the world (e.g. India, Istanbul, Switzerland, Dubai). In 2012, Mr. Seyerle has been appointed as CEO at Mercedes-Benz Serbia and Montenegro. As Daimler AG transferred all business activities to Emil Frey Group in 2014, he continued his role as Managing Director of Star Import, General distributor for Daimler of Mercedes-Benz, smart, Setra and Fuso vehicles in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Mr. Edin Dacic has extensive experience in doing business in SME sector in challenging markets, such as Bosnia&Herzegovina and Serbia. Companies “Standard AD”, “Prnjavor B&H” and “Standard Furniture Serbia doo” are majority owned by Daccomet AG from Zürich, Switzerland. Both companies manage to grow steadily by exporting 100% of its production and are completely exposed to global trends.
SSCC Board also consists of Mrs. Yana Mikhailova, “Nestlé Adriatic” Regional Director, at the post of SSCC President, Mrs. Ana Govedarica, General Manager “Roche d.o.o. Serbia”, at the post of SSCC Vice-President, and members: Mr. Adrien Alkabes, Director “Monterosa doo”, Mr. Xavier Davard, General Manager “Sicpa Security Solutions Albania and Balkan Region”, and Mr. Sava Petrovic, Director “Petite Geneve Petrovic”.
During the General Assembly, SSCC members also approved the Proposal of Amendments and Supplements to the Articles of Association, which were introduced in order to assure the financial discipline and the mechanisms for the efficient work of the Assembly and the Management Board.
