Fund raising event to support young talents of the music school MOKRANJAC

The Swiss Cheese Fondue party, a donation event organized to support the music school “Mokranjac”, was held on February 25, 2015,  in “Beton Hala”, gathering approx. 100 guests, including SSCC members as well as public sector representatives. On this occasion, our guest of honor was H.E. Ambassador of Switzerland to Serbia, Mr. Jean-Daniel Ruch, while the event was hosted by Mr. Ansgar Bornemann, SSCC President and CEO of Nestlé Adriatic. The objective of our first social gathering was to raise funds for new instruments which would be used by young talented musicians of the music school “Mokranjac”.

This fund raising event has a goal to promote the relevance of music and young talents and it is the opportunity for members of the Swiss-Serbian Chamber of Commerce, to join us in providing support to young talents“, stated Mr Ansgar Bornemann, CEO of Nestlé Adriatic. “As the president of Swiss-Serbian Chamber of Commerce and a CEO of Nestlé Adriatic, I am proud of the fact that Nestlé Adriatic is the first organizer of the donation event and I hope that such events will become regular in the future, with equally worthy causes “, Mr. Bornemann added.

While enjoying the Swiss cheese fondue and wine, our guests had the opportunity to discover the art of making the cheese Fondue, and to attend the music harp performance of talented students from “Mokranjac” music school: Ms. Nadja Dornjik and Mr. Marko Brkic.
